Vicky MountjoyHey everyone, my name is Vicky and I am the founder of Blue Bamboo.
I have been interested in Graphic Design since I was at high school. We were asked to choose between cookery, textiles, wood work and graphic design. As I couldn’t cook, hated sewing and kept hitting my fingers with the hammer - I chose graphic design.

I absolutely loved it and came to realise just how much design is around us in our day to day lives.
I went on to college and completed a BTEC and HND in the subject.

From college I have gone from a junior artworker to junior designer to a creative designer with my own business. I am doing a course in web design which I am thoroughly enjoying. Soon I am going to be the master of HTML, PHP and JAVA. In the meantime I am happy doing small to medium sized websites and having arguments with the W3C Validator... Vicky :)
