This spoon rest was thrown and trimmed on my pottery wheel using a dark brown speckled stoneware clay. It was bisque fired and glazed with a neutral beige glaze. It was then high fired in my electric kiln. This spoon rest is great for your coffee station, it will keep the mess off of your counter .
